A SAQCC registration number and at least one level are required. The account shows as Verification pending until VODS Fire checks it.

You do not need to enter an expiry date. SAQCC cards expire at the end of February and stay on the SAQCC website for a grace period. So VODS Fire checks every registration again from 1 March each year, once you have renewed with SAQCC. A check lasts until 31 July 2027.
VODS Fire checks your number by hand on the SAQCC Fire website. Your status shows as Verification pending until then.
